Hallways smell like cat piss, kitchens are really small, and it can get realllyyyy loud with parties. That being said, its social, the outdoor patio is very nice, and the security is on its game. Leon is the shit.

Very social atmosphere, but the rooms are not that nice. Location is excelled. However, overall I thought it was a little pricey, especially since utilities are not included.
