This place has a prime location that is extremely close to campus and the University Village. I've never had any safety problems in this area and the management is pretty responsive to any of the tenants' needs. I lived here all of last year and the accommodations were fantastic. The courtyard is also a great place to tan, study, or just hang out with friends. Would highly recommend it.
Trojan Palms is the perfect distance to school, the row, the UV, ellendale, and menlo. I can't stress how important this is. Not too close to the row to be bothered when studying. Close enough to get to campus in a quick 3 minutes biking. The courtyard is a lot of fun and the people who lived there were friendly as well!
The rooms are spacious with all of the essentials in the kitchen and bathroom. During the day, you can layout in the courtyard, have a barbecue, and just chill with everyone in the complex. It's extremely open, but it's also private if that's what you prefer. The property is cheap for the quality of housing you get. Close to campus and University Village.
This is a great place to live. It's close to the campus, the row and menlo, but not too close giving you a little bit of space when you need it.
It's much more affordable than some of the other student housing options especially for the good location.
Last year was kinda obnoxious because a frat used to live here but they all moved out so its pretty mellow now and there's a good mix of people that live here.
Trojan Palms is incredible if you are looking for a nice, comfy apartment close to USC. The courtyard is phenomenal (especially when it's sunny) and the people who live there are pretty laid back. Would highly recommend choosing this place if you're looking for a little escape from the brouhaha of USC that's almost similar to Hawaii.
