Love it here
I've lived here a year now and I wouldn't live anywhere else. It's really close to campus, safe, and has a community feel. It's also really convenient. With Fresh and Easy right under me, a gym, and CVS, I really never have to leave the premises besides going on campus. This place is great.

New management!
The new management has been great! I have lived here for two years because of the location, but the new management company has been really amazing. Customer service has improved immensely and they fixed the parking gate problems. They also bought a new printer getting rid of the old that would always break down. I'm sad I'm moving out :(

This place is great
University Gateway is honestly the best place to live off campus. I've lived at other places near USC before and nothing beats this. The new management is really great and they're always giving away free stuff downstairs. I'm living here next year because the new management has recently taken to improving the 8th floor with granite countertops, new blinds, and stainless steel appliances. They've upgraded both gyms too! It's a pretty chill place to live.

By far the most convenient living location with everything literally on your doorstep. Grocery store, pharmacy, fast food etc.. what more could you want?

Worth the Price
First off, there is a new management company at Gateway and all of these comments below pertain to the old management company. Gateway comes through on all of their promises. I've lived here for 2+ years and have never once had to deal with the problems listed below. For example, if the printer doesn't work, they let you send it to their company email and they print it in the back office -- problem solved. Also, I've never once had an issue with the coffee machine and feel as if management makes it a point to ensure all amenities are up and running. So many things make Gateway the best place for USC housing. Utilities included, close proximity to campus, free printing/coffee, 24 hour gym, free wifi in each room -- the list goes on an on. I thought I'd come on here and give my honest opinion because it seems like Gateway doesn't really get a fair shake on any of these review websites. Highly recommended.
