Description
This building is a perfect place for students looking for an active and vibrant community with lots of USC students living in the neiborhood. It has large studios and one/two bedrooms good for share, located in a walkable distance to campus. Rooms have great lighting and a beautiful courtyard makes it a perfect place for social activities.

Trade-offs, but worth it
The place is tiny, but the price is relatively cheap. You get your own room, but there isn't any air conditioning. It's never loud inside the place, but the street rages at night. I hate the carpet and the management is a stuho bate and switch, but all in all, it's cozy and enjoyable. ...If the 2-9 didn't suck so much, it would be in a prime location.

Decent
The place is a bit old, but it's nice to have my own room. The space is adequate and it is fine for student housing. I think it is slightly overpriced, but so is everything around here. I would recommend it for someone trying to live on their own.
